How it works
Sildenafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor that enhances nitric-oxide/cGMP signaling in penile tissue, improving blood flow during sexual stimulation to help achieve and maintain an erection.

-
Do not exceed 1 dose in 24 hours. Do not combine with other ED medicines.

FAQs
How fast does it work?
Typically 15–30 minutes. Heavy meals can delay onset.
Can I drink alcohol?
Light intake may be acceptable, but alcohol reduces erectile response and increases dizziness.
What if one dose doesn’t work?
Verify timing, food, and arousal. Try on 4–8 separate occasions before judging failure and speak to a clinician about dose/formulation alternatives.
Can women use Kamagra Oral Jelly?
No. It’s indicated for adult men with ED.
Is the jelly safer than tablets?
Tolerability varies by person. Risks and interactions are similar to other sildenafil forms.
